A relationship before a roadmap.
We begin by getting to know your story and what you hope will change. Trust, emotional safety, and a shared understanding of your goals matter.

FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your child, we can begin with what matters most. Choose a starting point below to explore how we might work together.
When the conversations keep circling, it can be hard to feel heard. Together, we’ll explore the patterns underneath conflict and make room for each partner’s needs, feelings, and hopes.
Informed by Gottman training, curiosity, and a focus on your relationship.

Counseling is a collaborative process. We’ll make room for your experience and find ways of working that fit you.
We begin by getting to know your story and what you hope will change. Trust, emotional safety, and a shared understanding of your goals matter.
Parts-informed conversations can help us get curious about reactions, inner conflict, and the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself.
Play, sand tray, and expressive activities can offer other ways to explore feelings, especially when finding the right words is difficult.
Faith can be a meaningful part
of your healing.
A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
You can be curious about counseling before you know exactly what you want to say.
The simple answer is no. You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong or have the perfect words to begin. We can figure that out together, one conversation at a time.
Your reasons for seeking care, your background, and what feels most important right now. It’s also a chance to ask questions about the process and begin discussing goals together.
Yes. Christian faith can be included in the work if you would like it to be. We’ll discuss your preferences rather than assume what faith means to you.
As Garry Landreth says, “Play is the child’s natural language.”
Child-centered play therapy gives your child space to lead through play within a safe, supportive relationship. Together, we work toward emotional expression, understanding, and growth. Conversations with caregivers help us understand your child’s needs and support connection at home.
